Festival Dates 26-28 January, 2018

Hot Chipps

A chat with the Skipper.

Festival of Sails: What is thursday-twilight-4your best memory/achievement sailing on this boat?

Hot Chipps: Loving getting the feel of the new yacht and watching the crew learn how to sail her. Sailed to Queenscliff in 32 knots , she handled herself extremely well!

FOS: What do you love most about your boat?

Hot Chipps: So much open space on the deck, but still very protected when the wind blows up, thanks to the large dodger.  The yacht is a new design with a large cabin below and very modern light timber colours. The black sails are very stunning!

FOS: How many times have you sailed in FOS?

Hot Chipps: This is our first time on “Hot Chipps” but our 6 overall.

FOS: Why have you chosen to compete in FOS 2017?

Hot Chipps: Looking forward to testing out the new yacht in a larger regatta.

FOS: Do you have your crew confirmed? If so, mention them here!

Hot Chipps: Crew includes, Patrick Chipp, Glen Kirk, Alan Kaaden, Simone Dilena, Michelle Antonis, Christine Chipp

We wish Hot Chipps and Skipper John Chipp the best of luck! Hot Chipps will be competing in the Cruising Non Spinnaker division.
