Steampacket Gardens & The Geelong Advertiser Main Stage

The perfect area to immerse yourself in the Geelong Connected Communities Shoreside Festival. Steam Packet Gardens will play host to an array of market stalls whilst offering visitors extensive grassed viewing areas perfect for lazing, grazing and enjoying the talented performers on the Geelong Advertiser Main Stage.

Transvaal Square

Let the kids run amok! Think bouncy castles, petting zoos, fairground rides. If you have children to entertain then here’s the place! It’s the Shoreside Festival for kids with numerous rides and experiences to ensure their day is full-of-fun.

Fairnie Park

Escape the hub-bub of the main arena in Fairnie Park where you’ll find a special Festival feature, the Land Rover Terrapod. The Land Rover Terrapod gives visitors the opportunity to be driven “off-road” whilst here along the Geelong waterfront! The Terrapod is designed to demonstrate articulation, Traction Control, Terrain Response – in short, the state of the art dynamic technology that makes Land Rover a premium SUV.

Regatta Village

The hub for sailors, crew and visitors alike. The place to party the night away.

Get together with friends and crew to de-brief the days racing or rub shoulders with some sailors.

Eastern Beach

Eastern Beach is where the ACTION is. Try sailing, stand-up paddle boarding, windsurfing or the GIANT waterslide. Just get wet! Cruise along the foreshore and all the market stalls whilst listening to great tunes and have fun in the sun!
