In 2027 Festival of Sails is proud to host the Australian Yachting Championship, Australian Sports Boat Association Australian Championship and S80 Victorian Championship

This year’s Festival of Sails brings together an outstanding program of on-water competition across multiple classes, welcoming sailors of all levels for five days of world-class racing on Corio Bay.

This year’s regatta proudly hosts the Australian Yachting Championship, the Australian Sports Boat Association Australian Championship and the S80 Victorian Championship, adding national and state-level intensity to an already competitive fleet.

Alongside the championship racing, the event will once again be defined by the iconic Melbourne to Geelong Passage Race, as competitors make their way from Port Phillip Bay into Geelong to commence the long weekend of sailing.

Across the four days, a diverse range of classes and formats ensures competitive opportunities for both championship contenders and club-level sailors, delivering close racing throughout the program.
