Your first stop on arrival and your go-to destination throughout the Festival.

Conveniently located on the ground floor of the Victorian Sailing Centre, in the heart of Regatta Village, Regatta Services is the first place competitors will visit after arriving at the Festival from the Melbourne to Geelong Passage Race. Located opposite the Main Regatta Stage and alongside the Regatta Bar, it’s the hub for everything you need before, during and after racing.

After crossing the finish line, head to Regatta Services to collect your skipper pack, Festival access wristbands, and important event information before settling into the first-night celebrations.

Throughout the Festival, Regatta Services is your central point for race management and official regatta enquiries. Whether you need to lodge a protest, speak with race officials, seek assistance or have a competition-related question, our Regatta Services team will be there to help.

With the Sailors Lounge located just upstairs and First Aid, bathrooms and shower facilities all within the Victorian Sailing Centre on the ground floor, competitors have access to everything they need in one convenient location.
